Reform is a strategically planned workout on the Reformer Pilates machine that pushes one out of their comfort zone to achieve fatigue, using a low impact but high intensity method. Basic science indicates that a certain level of fatigue is required in order to see change within the body, which is what Reform’s philosophy is based on.
Our focus is on increasing strength, toning muscles and physically and mentally challenging individuals in order for them to go about their everyday life as best they can.
While we pride ourselves on turning ‘traditional pilates’ on it’s heel, into something upbeat, dynamic and results driven, our classes and sessions are achievable to all different levels of fitness and ability, training both our country’s most elite athletes, to those recovering from injury or in our ‘golden age bracket’.
