About reform

Reform currently has 19 studios in New Zealand, all operating under the Reform method. This method is based on intense full body workouts achieved through functional exercises that enable our clients to build strength fast, achieving lean toned muscles and improved posture.

With over 15 years of industry experience, we’re passionate about sharing that knowledge to help our studio owners succeed.

Reform has also developed its own REPs certified instructor training modules which are delivered at Reform studios throughout New Zealand. To date, we’ve certified over 1000 Reform instructors, many of whom work at one or more of Reform’s existing studios.
