Alyse completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy with distinction at the University of Otago, in December 2015. Since graduating Alyse has worked in both public and private practice between New Zealand and Australia, finding her passion and niche in functional exercise to aid in rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Alyse has completed postgraduate Physiotherapy courses including training in the Mulligan and McKenzie concept and is working towards a certificate in orthopaedic manual therapy.
Alyse has undergone rigorous training in Dynamic Reformer Pilates and brings this experience together with her background as a physiotherapist to provide effective, safe and evidence based training for clients from all walks of life.
Outside of working as a Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor Alyse enjoys getting out in the water, swimming and surfing and is also a qualified surf lifeguard.
