Taylor Karl

Taylor completed a Bachelor of Health, Sport and Human Performance at Waikato University, majoring in Human Performance. She has experience with elite sports teams through which she completed internships (Chiefs Rugby) and assisted with trainings (Cycling NZ). During and after university Taylor worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in her local gym for 5 years. Taylor also has a passion for all things sport, she has played netball age groups from a young age and participated in multiple other sports such as Tennis and Touch. When she isn’t in the studio she loves to be with family and friends, at the beach or doing hikes.
